The new product is designed to expand the business by introducing a new service comparable to a “gold buying” service. The contract duration is set at one month only, with no possibility of renewal upon expiry by the customer. If the customer changes their mind, they may redeem their asset by paying fixed fees for storage and for insurance based on the valuation carried out at the time of purchase. The valuation of the asset will be carried out according to a daily price list that appraisers receive automatically twice a day. The appraiser must apply the price corresponding to the relevant carat to the weight of the asset.
